Description:
* Some trailing whitespace removed (this was an accident but...okay)
* Update docs for default.app.topology.name, the default changed
* Update information for Solr (supports Kerberos)
* Make knoxcli docs consistent with the Java code
* Move Service Test API to its own file (it already existed from back in 2015
KNOX-549 but was never linked or updated, must have been a mistake)
* Fix Link to Solr
* ElasticSearch -> Elasticsearch
