I just noticed that the only one who has updated the docs is Toshiya.
Showing the example yet again :)
The release process started, so everyone else is late. Including me
since I did not add anything about YARD.
Any feature that is not documented does not exist. It will be impossible
for an outsider to pick new features up or use existing ones if
documentation describes an old API or UI. At the minimum the release
notes need updating.
As we are now, the person responsible for writing the documentation is
the one who creates the PR for the feature. One cause for rejecting a PR
can and should be the lack of documentation updates. I am no-ones boss
here, just thought I will remind everyone.
