I agree that it is less than ideal to have anything bound to a personal account…
I'd argue that all your suggestions will also require a personal account to create/manage. I'm in contact with Apache Infra, but so far there's nothing available. In regard to Jitsi, this is what I got from Infra "for a bit we ran a Jitsi instance, but it was one of those things we were just testing out for ApacheCon. Ended up we'd need a huge instance which wasn't feasible to run." - I think we'd be better served with a more stablished vendor like Zoom. Google meet (personal) could be an option, but it might require a Google account to join, so not ideal.
