Hi KIE community,from the last KIE Migration to Apache mtg there were a topic about how to clearly show what the contribution and developer (committer) rules are in terms of ensuring green CI, stability and responsibility for those topics.
As the community were donated to ASF and the previous community lived for long time with some assumed rules, it was show up that they are not very clearly stated in Contributing document [1] in repositories.
So there were agreement that they are required to be more visible for pointing to if any confusion or not clear direction will happen.
So please discuss here what these rules and responsibilities should be. They can be certainly obvious, but it is always better to be written.
