KIP-1200: Deprecate ClientQuotaCallback#updateClusterMetadata deprecates the
usage of ClientQuotaCallback#updateClusterMetadata in 4.x.
In 5.0, we should remove the usage of ClientQuotaCallback#updateClusterMetadata
