We don't have code for this at the moment. I was just a suggestion. In the
custom authenticator we can maintain a map between users and publishers (maybe
exposed in the admin gui). Basically the idea is:
People can authenticate with their LDAP and if that passed; they can be
authorized to use a publisher and get a token. The relationship could be many
to many.. let's push this to the 3.3 release and make a nice authenticator
implementation for it.
