Thank you for your contribution and for addressing the bugs in the
Percentile and Quantile UDFs. The addition of the "Cluster" UDF also sounds
like a valuable feature for the library.

I will take a look at the PRs you submitted for the master branch, the
dev/1.3 branch, and the documentation. I'll provide feedback or reach out
