That's a great point. For keeping `AGENTS.md` / `ARCHITECTURE.md` up to date, maybe we can use a lightweight process: 1. Add a PR checklist item: “Does this change require updates to AGENTS/ARCHITECTURE docs?” 2. Optionally add a non-blocking CI reminder when large structural changes are detected (new modules/package moves/public API changes). 3. Do a quick doc consistency pass before each release.
