The amount of effort that went to this release is striking and marks another big milestone for the project. We wouldn't be here without all these people that contributed to it by sending their feedback, raising tickets, improving the documentation, pushing patches, and reviewing code. Special mention to Butao who handled the release process flawlessly. The extensive testing that was performed on the release artifacts caught many issues that would have been a showstopper for the release candidate.
