Hey everyone,
There was recently a thread on the incubator list discussing the
requirement for incubator podlings to have the "incubator-" prefix added
to the name of the project and other related resources [1].
There hasn't been a formal vote, but most of the replies point to the
"incubator-" prefix being a requirement.
Should we rename the project to "incubator-hertzbeat"?
