For the list, Ali (aahmed) and Karthik(karthikz) were doing the build before, Neng (nlu90) and I(nwang) are working on the releases. We got helps from a few other people but they are not committers yet. Maybe [aahmed, karthikz, nlu90, nwang] is a good start. @Karthik Ramasamy <[email protected]> what do you think? For build notifications, maybe commits@? We can forward notifications to dev@ when needed.
