I'm not very aware of it, as the Docker image `gravitino-iceberg-rest` was also voted on without discussion.
The reason that I launched this vote is that we need it when raising an issue with the Apache community to create a new Docker image. If it's a custom practice to start a discussion before voting, I will do it first.
