The recently released v1.12.1 has 33 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20GEODE%20AND%20fixVersion%20%3D%201.12.1%20and%20fixVersion%20%3D%201.13.2> fixes that are not released in 1.13. Based on this I propose release of an Apache Geode 1.13.2 based on the current support/1.13 branch. I'll volunteer to be the release manager for 1.13.2 and what follows is a release candidate for Apache Geode version 1.13.2.RC1.
