+1 I can confirm that the performance degradations I saw that led to me opening GEODE-8974 are no longer present with the fix that has been merged to the develop branch. In order to backport the fix to 1.12, it also needs to be backported to later support branches including 1.14, which currently requires community approval to add it to the blocker board for 1.14.0. I’ve looked at some test results with this fix and reviewed the changes, and it looks like a low-risk way of restoring previous performance levels in most cases. If there are no objections, I’ll go ahead and mark it as blocks-1.14.0 so the fix can be immediately brought from develop back to all support branches.
