 to the 1.13.1 branch. This bug causes incorrect redundancy levels to be 
reported for regions in which not all buckets have been created when using the 
Restore/StatusRedundancy features introduced in 1.13.0. The fix is minimal and 
has passed all tests run against the develop pipeline.
