Hi Dale, the resource you are requesting access to is generously donated to the
Geode project for pipeline use only and is not directly accessible.
You do have a couple of options:
1) Create a PR. Most changes can be tested in the PR pipeline.
2) Use deploy_meta.sh to create your own pipeline [in your own GCP account].
If neither of these options work for you, please share a bit more detail,
