It seems that we have the 3 PMC member votes needed plus extra votes, so I will 
begin the release process for Apache Geode 1.11.0.RC4, once cwiki.apache.org 
<http://cwiki.apache.org/> comes back online.
Final tallies appear to be.
  
 5 +1 (Yes, release it.) 
 1 -0 (Releasing is OK, but…)
