GEODE-2532: Create config files in runtime directory.
Some config xml files were being created in the source directory instead of
the runtime test directory.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mmartell/geode-native feature/GEODE-2532
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/geode-native/pull/30.patch
