Right now we have the following tests for export logs:

MiscellaneousCommandsExportLogsPart4DUnitTest

We should endeavor to write unit tests for the rest of sub-tasks in this
ticket. After that is done, it would be prudent to come back to these DUnits
and decide which tests are worth keeping, which should be discarded, and
whether we need to add any more.
