Modify LuceneQueriesPeerPRDUnitTest.java to change to 
RegionShortcut.PARTITION_PERSISTENT, the test will fail with 
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot create Gateway Sender 
"AsyncEventQueue_index#_region" with isPersistentEnabled 
"false" because another cache has the same Gateway Sender defined 
with isPersistentEnabled
