I need some reviews for GEODE-1930: https://issues.apache.org/ jira/browse/GEODE-1930
These changes involve the test tree. It's not complete but it's part of the way towards overhauling the JMX tests. I need to get this merged in and then continue one test or other change at a time. The problem is conflicts from other commits, I already had to throw away my rewrite of one test.
