Committers and PMCs are two completely different things. ASF only concerns itself with the PMC composition -- the rest it up to your project to define. Theoretically you could have a re-qualification for committers, but my recommendation will simply be to bulk add all of the existing ones to the LDAP group. Thanks, Roman.
