It looks like the issue is not resolved (doesn't seem anyone cares...).
The other dockerized kafka versions (https://hub.docker.com/r/ches/kafka/ and
https://hub.docker.com/r/wurstmeister/kafka/) seem to be "standalone" kafka
servers that need additional zookeeper image.
Still checking if there's any other "all-in-one" imgage and try to decide if we
switch to kafka+zookeeper images (or prepare our own image).
