This is a call for the vote to release Apache Doris MCP Server 1.0.0.

It implements MCP 2026-07-28 with eight stable top-level domains, fifty-five
progressively disclosed child capabilities, runtime Doris capability
detection, exact authorization boundaries, bounded query execution, Apache
