Oracle does not control the community, which this is part of. I was make a moderator by the owner of the list. If I get an email then the sender's address is not registered with the server. A header is also added that shows the messages was moderated. Using these it is a safe bet that the OP is not registered and will not see replies.
If you have a better way then talk to someone that can do something about it.
