Hi everyone, My name is Mauricio Bento. I'm a Java developer with over 15 years of experience, and I'd like to start contributing to Apache Commons Validator.
I've already set up the project locally, built it successfully with Maven, and I'm currently exploring the codebase and the JIRA backlog to find a good first issue to work on. Two quick questions: 1. Are there any specific areas of Commons Validator where the team would appreciate help right now (test coverage, documentation, modernization, etc.)?
