Commons Crypto Committer Team, Please have a look at my PR when you get a chance. Fixes the Windows build and includes support for OpenSSL 1.1. When vetted and finalized, this should go a long way to getting a new release out with support for OpenSSL 1.0.x and 1.1.x on Windows, Linux and OSX.
