Hi all commons folks, maybe you already discussed about this topic, I googled before posting this message but I didn't find anything useful. Apache Velocity contains a very useful UnicodeInputStream implementation (http://velocity.apache.org/engine/devel/apidocs/org/apache/velocity/io/UnicodeInputStream.html) that is unicode BOM aware. I'd like to suggest you to import it in the commons-io library, his location should be the org.apache.commons.io.input package. Any thought? Best regards, Simone
