I have cleaned up everything and updated the 2.1 download page accordingly, but
unfortunately I keep seeing an empty directory on
http://www.apache.org/dist/cocoon/2.1/
while everything looks fine on
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/cocoon/2.1/
I hope this is temporary: leaving this issue open until this is not working.
