Hi Andreas You 'attached' the ant script call to the <phase> 'compile' of maven lifecycle. See also [5] for maven lifecycles. Therefor it is enough to run 'mvn install'. This includes 'compile' as phase in its lifecycle and so you're ant script is executed. See also log below (just copied attached pom.xml and build.xml and trun 'mvn install'.
