The main site and the Cocoon 2.2 docs are built using the Maven Daisy Export
Plugin. The Cocoon 2.1 docs are still build by Forrest. Therefore I'd say that
we still need the Forrest build because (minor) changes to the 2.1 docs will be
necessary now and then.
