I have identified two bugs with the caching servlet-source that I thought
would vanish when having unique serlvet: uris (as discussed in detail under
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COCOON-2044). But looks like I was
wrong ;-)
Both happen only in very specific cases, but still reproducable. I am still
investigating the details, but it is related to wrong If-Modified-Since /
Last-Modified values.
I will write more when I am finished today.
