Selection list within aggregatefield is ignored

If an aggregatefield contains a field with a selection list, this selection
list is ignored and does not show up in the form. See sample
http://localhost:8888/samples/blocks/forms/aggregate/example (click "Switch").
The "Enter Month" field is has a selection-list in the form definition, but in
the form it is a free text input field.
