I get the same error, the directory is there but the castor plugin doesn't
find it. Hopefully Reinhard can give a better answer on what is going on.
I have no idea what's going wrong here. I just can say it works for me.
Are you sure? It works for me when I start mvn in the cocoon-deployer
directory but not when I run it from the root.
Could one of you do
mvn clean
mvn -X -e package >mvn-output.txt
and send the text file to me?
I hope you already get one so I don't want to send you mine as well ;-)
