I think they are not needed any more. These files were added before we
switched to Daisy CMS.

Cocoon-2.2 docs.

We will remove those forrestbot jobs soon.
If it helps I could set up a Forrestbot to generate the 2.2 docs from
Daisy. If we leave the last forrestbot build from SVN online it will (I
guess) help with checking content is synchronised.
