I agree with Jim... Although rolling 2.1.6 might be non trivial given that noone created a new branch/repo for 2.2 and _a_lot_ of changes (in libraries and related) have been committed since.
We decided to do "lazy branching". Where is the problem using 2.1.5 tag as branch point?
