Serializers are not setup in ProfilingCachingProcessingPipeline and 
ProfilingNonCachingProcessingPipeline

Since Serializers became SitemapModelComponents, the setupPipeline() methods 
from ProfilingCachingProcessingPipeline and 
ProfilingNonCachingProcessingPipeline haven't been update to take it into 
account
