An oxymoron is a rhetoric construct in which you assemble contradictory terms, like in "deafening silence", "evil angel", "dazzling darkness" or... "stable but may change" ;-)
How can something that can be changed without notice be considered stable?
It is stable because you can use it and it works fine. No problems reported. In that mean I wrote this.
