I'll ping James about this.

I've discussed it briefly with him, and as mentioned, it has come up on the mailing list a few times. They're heavily leveraging the JVM at the moment, so in order to implement continuations, they'd have to create their own stack/etc, similar to what Velare did with ATCT...
