Strange :-/ ...unfortunately I have no longer access to an Oracle. I could just send you patches and you'd have to try them out :-( Of course you can force ESQL to use a more generic approach by specifying the <esql:setLimitClause/> explicitly but that won't give you the full Oracle support and you might get stuck somewhere else. Could please check on the users list if someone (there should be some people) is using ESQL with an Oracle 8?
