Are the HTML files that make the /dist/cocoon/ page
under cvs control somewhere or do i just edit them
in place?
No, there are not under CVS (hint: there is no "CVS" directory).
Feel free to add them to, say, cocoon-site/dist. Don't forget images sub-dir and 3 .htaccess files.
