I agree we should implement gpbackup_manager-like behavior to manage backup 
metadata and data. We can either create a new tool or add these features to 
cloudberry-backup.

Since we have already addressed the known bugs in cloudberry-backup, I think 
our current focus should be on getting a stable version released first. After 
that, we can consider implementing similar features.
