Hi JD, Thanks — this sounds like a fantastic opportunity for the Apache Cloudberry (Incubating) community.
A dedicated Cloudberry track at Postgres Conference 2026 would be a great way to highlight both the technical capabilities of the project and the growing diversity of its contributors. Some broad themes we could consider for talks: - *Architecture and Engineering:* The core design of Cloudberry and how it extends PostgreSQL for distributed analytics. - *Performance and Scalability:* Real-world deployment and tuning experiences. - *Migration and Interoperability:* Transitioning from legacy MPP systems and integrating with existing data ecosystems. - *Ecosystem and Innovation:* How organizations are leveraging Apache Cloudberry (Incubating) as a foundation for providing services and extended functionality for customers worldwide. - *Community Growth:* The incubation journey and ways new contributors can get involved. If we can assemble 4–6 talks across these areas, I think we’d have a strong, well-rounded representation of the project. Happy to help coordinate discussion on potential topics and speakers if others are interested. -=e -- Ed Espino Apache Cloudberry (Incubating) & MADlib On Fri, Oct 17, 2025 at 10:09 AM Joshua D.
