Hi all,

I’d like to share some recent updates on the Apache Cloudberry Backup project:

Repo: https://github.com/apache/cloudberry-backup

Recent updates:
* Repo renamed: The repo has been renamed from
`apache/cloudberry-gpbackup` to `apache/cloudberry-backup`, reflecting
the project’s independence and alignment with the Cloudberry brand.
* S3 plugin integration: The core files from
`apache/cloudberry-gpbackup-s3-plugin` have been merged into the main
`cloudberry-backup` repos under `plugins/s3plugin`. Now, the S3 plugin
will be installed together with Cloudberry Backup.
* Code baseline: The main branch has been synchronized with the
archived version of `greenplum-db/gpbackup-archive`.

In addition, the basic community files have been updated, including
module rename in cloudberry-backup files, and there is one pending PR
on DISCLAIMER and PR template:#62[1]

With these updates, the project is now in good shape and appears to
meet the basic requirements for making its first release under the
Apache umbrella. The above information is for your information.

Thanks @robertmu and all community members for the great work!

Feedback and discussion are very welcome!
