I’m requesting an additional review and approval for the following pull
request:

Add RAT license audit config and compliance metadata for ASF release
PR #1066 — https://github.com/apache/cloudberry/pull/1066

This PR introduces a complete Apache RAT audit configuration to ensure ASF
license compliance for Apache Cloudberry (Incubating). It defines custom
license matchers, handles legacy Greenplum and related attributions, and
prepares the project for a compliant 2.0.0 source release.

I have already received a +1 from Dianjin ("+1. Thanks @edespino for your
great work!").

If anyone else is available to review and approve, your feedback would be
appreciated to help move us closer to preparing the release.

Thanks everyone,
-=e
