Jiaqi,

Thank you for bringing this up! As we transitioned to using GitHub-hosted
runners, I’ve been working on enabling the ic-good-opt-on (optimizer=on)
ICW test configuration. While the setup is nearly ready, I’ve encountered
some test failures that require further investigation.

I plan to have this configuration running soon and will ask the developer
community to assist in reviewing and addressing any test discrepancies.
Your input on ORCA-related changes will also be invaluable in ensuring we
resolve these issues effectively.

Stay tuned, and I’ll provide updates as we make progress. Thanks for your
patience and support!

Hi All,

I noticed that currently in github's CI tests, there is only
ic-good-opt-off (optimizer=off icw tests) , and no icw tests with optimizer
= on.

In the cloudberry community, some devs are cherry-picking some
ORCA-related PRs.

So I want to know that when we can enable the ic-good-opt-on(optimizer=on
icw tests)?

Thanks.
Jiaqi
