Shylaja - I don't see revisions on the CEP <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CASSANDRA/CEP-49%3A+Hardware-accelerated+compression> that explicitly discusses where the QAT implementation code is going to live. The implication is there from the pluggability and ServiceLoader but want to make sure we're clear on that. +1 to the CEP as drafted even w/that omission as it's strongly implied.
