Hi, Just a quick point of order comment (didn't want to pollute the main voting thread) regarding Bernado's +1 (nb), I wanted to note, per my understanding, committers have binding votes to CEP proposals based on this thread discussion [1] earlier this year by Josh.
I'd like to take the chance to encourage more people to cast votes, as they are very important for the project, regardless if you're a committer or contributor. For example, on release proposals non-binding votes are extremely valuable as they validate the release in different platforms, and help find last-minute bugs or vulnerabilities.
