I am +1 on this CEP. Very happy to see where we ended up with it. I did
want to call out one minor contradiction I assume is just an editing
oversight. I’m supportive of either way we end up here so regardless my +1
holds. Wanted to call it out so we can clarify. The CEP says both of the
following:

> The design for this initial iteration emphasizes simplicity, supporting a
single global dictionary (per table) and manual dictionary training. At the
same time, it maintains extensibility for future use cases like automated
training

This to me implies it will be built extensibly so automation can be added
later but is not in scope of this CEP.

> Automated dictionary training is also in scope and will be supported. The
automation includes the continuous sampling, training decision and the
evaluation to decide whether the new dictionary is wanted.

This to me clearly states automation is in scope for this CEP.
