Getting closer. I propose the following artifacts for release as 2.1.0-rc3. Also, unless someone has an objection, I'm also proposing to exceptionally do a shorter 48h vote period, mainly because it's easier for me this time (but it's also not a final so I don't think cutting a bit on the ceremony is a big deal).
